RETURNS POLICY

"Greece Goods"

1. General Principles

"Greece Goods" sells curated premium boxes containing food, beverages and non-consumable products.

Due to the nature of the products and international shipping, this Returns Policy applies with clarity and in accordance with EU and Greek consumer law.


2. Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 Days)

For EU consumers:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing

  • Return the product within 14 days of notification

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Unopened and unaltered


3. Exceptions to Returns

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU:

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Food products

  • Beverages

  • Consumables

  • Unsealed goods

  • Perishable items

Once opened or unsealed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.


4. International Orders (Outside EU)

Orders outside the EU are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid).

The recipient is solely responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Local taxes

  • Customs clearance fees

Refusal to pay customs charges does not constitute contract cancellation.


5. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • Refused

  • Not claimed

  • Returned due to unpaid customs

  • Returned due to recipient fault

"Greece Goods" reserves the right to refund the order amount AFTER deducting:

  • Actual outbound shipping cost

  • Return freight cost

  • Customs fees

  • Handling expenses

Displayed shipping fees at checkout may be subsidized and may not reflect actual carrier costs.


6. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photographic evidence

"Greece Goods" may:

  • Replace the item

  • Send a product of equal or higher value

  • Issue partial refund


7. Product Substitution

If an item is unavailable, "Greece Goods" reserves the right to replace it with a product of equal or greater value at no extra charge.


8. Return Procedure

All return requests must be sent to:

support@greecegoods.com
Subject: Return Request – Order #[number]

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


9. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed:

  • Within 14 days

  • To the original payment method

  • After inspection of returned goods


10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Greek law.

Competent courts: Courts of Athens.
