TERMS & CONDITIONS
of “GREECE GOODS”
1. General Provisions
These Terms govern the operation and use of the “GREECE GOODS” online store and all transactions conducted through it.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and expressly accepted these Terms.
“GREECE GOODS” may update these Terms when necessary for legal compliance or service improvement. The applicable version is published on the website.
2. Orders & Company Right of Cancellation
Orders become valid upon payment confirmation.
In exceptional cases, “GREECE GOODS” may cancel an order prior to shipment, including but not limited to:
Obvious pricing error
Technical malfunction
Product unavailability
Legal or customs restrictions
Suspicion of fraudulent activity
A full refund will be issued in such cases.
3. Applicable Law
All transactions are governed by applicable European and international consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented into national law.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Products must be unused, sealed where applicable, and returned in original packaging with accompanying documentation.
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, withdrawal does not apply to:
Unsealed food products
Unsealed beverages
Goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
Refunds are processed after inspection.
5. Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees imposed by the destination country.
Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Refusal to pay customs charges does not constitute valid grounds for withdrawal.
“GREECE GOODS” bears no responsibility for customs delays or restrictions.
6. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, returned due to unpaid customs charges, or undeliverable due to incorrect address details, “GREECE GOODS” reserves the right to deduct:
Actual outbound shipping cost
Return shipping cost
Customs or administrative fees
Displayed shipping rates may represent a subsidized amount rather than the full carrier cost.
7. International Product Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may legally be imported into their country.
“GREECE GOODS” may replace restricted products with items of equal or higher value if required by law.
The Company bears no responsibility for confiscations or rejections by authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the order value and excludes carrier delays, customs procedures, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
9. Final Product Price & VAT
Prices displayed on the “GREECE GOODS” website represent final product prices.
Applicable VAT is included in the displayed product price, where required by law.
No additional product charge is applied by “GREECE GOODS” other than those clearly indicated at checkout (e.g. shipping fees).
The amount displayed at checkout constitutes the final sale price charged by “GREECE GOODS”.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law.
Courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
