3. Orders & Acceptance
An order is considered valid once payment has been confirmed.
“GREECE GOODS” reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to cancel an order before shipment, particularly in cases of:
- Obvious pricing error
- Technical system issue
- Product unavailability
- Legal or customs restrictions
- Suspicion of fraudulent or abusive transaction
In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
4. Applicable Legal Framework
All transactions carried out through “GREECE GOODS” are governed by the applicable European and international consumer protection legislation, including, indicatively, Directive 2011/83/EU as incorporated into national law.

5. Right of Withdrawal

6. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or administrative charges imposed by the destination country.
Customs duties and taxes are borne exclusively by the recipient.
Refusal to accept customs charges does not constitute grounds for withdrawal.
“GREECE GOODS” shall not be liable for delays or restrictions imposed by customs authorities.
7. Refused, Undelivered, or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment:
- Is refused by the recipient,
- Is not collected within the specified time limit,
- Is returned due to non-payment of customs charges,
- Cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details,
“GREECE GOODS” reserves the right to deduct from any refund:
- The actual initial shipping cost (based on the carrier’s price list),
- The return shipping cost,
- Any customs, storage, or administrative charges.
Shipping charges displayed during checkout may represent a subsidized amount and not the full transport cost.
In the event of refusal or non-collection, the actual shipping cost shall apply.
8. International Product Restrictions
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may legally be imported into the destination country in accordance with local law.
“GREECE GOODS” may replace a product with another of equal or greater value in the event of a legal restriction.
In the event of detention, confiscation, or rejection by the competent authorities, the Company bears no liability.
9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for carrier delays, customs procedures, changes in legislation, or force majeure events.

The prices displayed in the online store “GREECE GOODS” constitute final product prices.
The displayed product prices include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable.
No additional charge is imposed on the product price by “GREECE GOODS” beyond the charges displayed during checkout, such as shipping costs.
The price shown at the completion of the order constitutes the final sale price by “GREECE GOODS”.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek Law.
The Courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions.
